No. Certoly doesn't keep the books, file tax returns or give tax advice. The analyses in the panel are decision support: they show which product and which channel actually make money, and which number needs your attention today.

A spreadsheet answers once; Certoly keeps watching. Your data is connected, the panel recalculates as the data refreshes and shows you what changed when you open it. If the AI module is on, a short weekly report is also prepared and you get an email when it's ready. You don't have to go looking.

Yes. Accounts are set up at your request. Each account is personal; it can't be shared or transferred. When someone leaves your team, just ask us to remove their access.

We connect your data the way your business works: through live platform integrations or file uploads. At Rêver, for example, the WooCommerce store, in-person sales and marketplace channels come together in one panel. We look at your platforms together in the first call.

2-3 weeks. In that time we connect your data and it starts flowing into Certoly. After that, the panel recalculates as the data refreshes.

Every figure on screen comes from a deterministic, rule-based calculation engine, not from a language model's guess. Same data, same result, every time. Accuracy depends on the data you share being accurate and complete.

You do. The rights to the business data you share stay with you; Certoly processes it only to provide the service.

No. The engine calculates the numbers. The AI only picks which part of the panel your question belongs to and, when needed, writes a draft answer and a draft weekly report. The numbers in those drafts come from the engine, and nothing reaches you until a person has approved it. It doesn't produce numbers.

It never sees raw orders, products or customer records, only the engine's aggregated results (for example a product group's margin, revenue share or stock turnover) and the text of your question. Its drafts don't reach you until a person has read and approved them.

No. Your data isn't used to train models.

Certoly's servers are in Türkiye. Each business's data is kept separate; a session can only reach its own tables. Passwords are stored hashed. Only two providers are abroad: Airtable for data storage and Anthropic for the AI module (aggregated results only). Details are in the AI Module Privacy Notice.

No. The site uses only the essential cookie a session needs; no advertising, marketing or analytics cookies, no tracking pixels. Your IP address isn't stored in readable form. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
